Analytics runs a compatibility check of the data in Salesforce.
- If the compatibility check fails, follow the instructions in the error message to resolve the issues, and then try to create the app again.
- If the compatibility check completes successfully, click Looks good, next.
-
Configure these settings in the Care Request Workflow Dates & Tolerance Limit
section:
- Select a field that stores the start date and time of prior authorization requests.
- Select a field that stores the end date and time of prior authorization requests.
-
Select the number of minutes that prior authorization requests can take beyond the end
date and time without breaching the SLA.
For example, if you select 30 minutes, prior authorization requests that exceed 30 minutes after the due date and time are considered as breaching the SLA.
- Click Looks good, next.
- Select fields with data that can improve your predictions and click Looks good, next.
-
Enter a name for your app, and then click Create.
Creating the app takes a few minutes.

The app now runs preconfigured recipes to create example, prediction, and predicted score datasets, and a dashboard.
Important The Einstein Discovery model that gets the
predictions runs only when:
- A minimum of 400 care requests records are available for filtering, and
- After filtering care request records based on the app settings, a minimum of 100 care request records that breached the SLA and 100 request records that haven’t breached the SLA are available.
