- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, then select Sharing Settings.
- Click Edit.

In Organization-Wide Defaults, assign and save these permissions.
The default external access must be more restrictive than or equal to the default internal access for each object.The Omni objects are Omnistudio objects.
