Set up static resources to display the images used in Omnistudio
Flexcards
for appointment reasons.
You can only use static resources within your
Salesforce org, so you can’t host content here for other apps or websites.

Permissions Needed
To use self-service appointment scheduling:
OmniStudio in Lightning Experience Patient
AND
Appointment Scheduling on Health Cloud
From Setup, enter Omnistudio in the Quick Find box, then
select OmniStudio Settings.
Verify that Managed Package Runtimeis disabled.
From Setup, enter Static Resources in the Quick Find
box, then select Static Resources.
Click New.
In the Name field, enter a name. For example,
AnnualPhysical.
Next to File, click Browse and
select the image.
Make sure Cache Control is set to
Public and save your work.
To create a resource for each appointment reason record, repeat the previous
four steps.
From the App Launcher, find and select Appointment
Reasons.
Open the first appointment reason record. Click the dropdown on the record and
select Edit.
Under Appointment Reason, set Default Image to the name
of the corresponding static resource. For example,
/resource/AnnualPhysical.
To associate each appointment reason record with an image, repeat the previous
two steps.
Save your work.
