Give Users Access to Benefits Verification
Assign the permissions your users need to use Benefits Verification in Health Cloud.

- From Setup, search for and select Permission Sets, then click New to create a permission set.
- Enter a label and API name, select a license such as Health Cloud Platform, and then save your work.

Go to Object Settings to set the required permissions for each
object in the table. Select each object, click Edit, set the
permissions, and then save your work.
Object Permissions Care Benefit Verify Requests Read, Create, Edit Coverage Benefits Read, Create, Edit Coverage Benefit Items Read, Create, Edit Coverage Benefit Item Limits Read, Create, Edit - To assign the permission set to users, go to the Permission Set Overview and click Manage Assignments. Click Add Assignments and select the users you want to assign.
- Verify the users who verify benefits also have the Health Cloud Foundation (for Health Cloud) or the Health Cloud Starter (for Life Sciences Cloud) permission set. If they don't, assign the appropriate permission set to them.
