          Action Launcher for the Contact Center

          Help contact center agents quickly deploy commonly-used processes and workflows. Configure frequently-used actions and pin them to the Action Launcher component.

          For example, a member calls the Contact Center to file a claim or change their primary care physician. The contact center agent can quickly access these actions through the Action Launcher in the Contact Center, saving the agent valuable time for other tasks.

          • Customize the Action Launcher in the Contact Center
            Create your own quick actions and configure them in the Contact Center Action Launcher component. For example, if the contact center agent frequently gets requests to add patient medications, create a deployment from the Action Launcher in Setup.
