Provide contact center agents with the permission sets required to use the Contact
Center in Health Cloud. Permission set licenses are assigned by default when you assign permission
sets to users.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To use the Contact Center for Health Cloud
Contact Center for Health Cloud permission set
Note The Knowledge LSF Permission Set is only available if you have the
Salesforce Knowledge feature license in your org.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select Permission
Sets.
Select the Contact Center for Health Cloud permission set.
Click Manage Assignments, click Add
Assignments, select the users you want to assign to this permisson set, click
Assign, and then click Done.
Repeat the prior steps to assign users to these permission sets:
Health Cloud Foundation
Knowledge LSF Permission Set
OmniStudio User (if you see two OmniStudio User permission sets, assign users to both of
them)
