          Enable Admin Settings to Use Contact Center

          To use the Contact Center for Health Cloud app, first enable Contact Center and Timeline, and then set up Identity Verification.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Contact Center for Health Cloud Contact Center for Health Cloud permission set
          To set up Identity Verification Industries Service Excellence permission set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contact Center Settings, and then select Contact Center Settings.
          2. Enable Contact Center for Health Cloud.
          3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Timeline, and then select Timeline.
          4. Enable Timeline Configuration.
          5. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Identity Verification Settings and then select Identity Verification Settings.
          6. Follow guided setup to set up Identity Verification.
