            The contact center uses Flexcards to provide contact center agents with critical information about the patient’s details, health information, and insurance plan. Flexcards are customizable templates that you can configure and stylize.

            Note The OmniStudio Admin license is required to customize FlexCards.

            The Account Record Page Contact Center record page layout already includes these Flexcards: Advanced Patient Card (HealthCloudPtCardPatientCard), Profile Card (ContactCenterforHealthCloudProfileCard), and Member Plan card (HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanList).

              In the Contact Center, Advanced Patient Card is an interactive Flexcard that contact center agents can use to review and create records about a patient’s health. The Account Record Page Contact Center record page layout already includes this Flexcard.
