of member information and insurance plan details. The Account Record Page Contact Center
record page layout already includes these Flexcards.

The Profile Card (ContactCenterforHealthCloudProfileCard) presents basic information such
as name and age, and contact information.
The Member Plan Flexcard provides information about the patient’s insurance plans. The
Member Plan Flexcard consists of two Flexcards:
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanList: Collates all of a member’s insurance plans.
This is a parent card under which
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail is nested.
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail: Contains information about each member plan,
including the effective start and end dates, the member number and issuer number.
