          Record Alerts in the Contact Center

          In the Contact Center, Record Alerts notifies the contact center agent when there’s a record change that requires immediate attention. Configure which record changes you want to trigger those alerts.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          Record Alerts displays notifications based on the rules configured. For example, you can configure an alert for when a patient’s benefit enrollment window is Open.

          A new record alert called “Benefit Enrollment Window is Open” configured for Charles Green’s account record.

          When you create the record alert from the Record Alerts tab via the App Launcher, the Alerts component shows the notification in the Contact Center. The Alerts component is a Flexcard called ServiceExcellenceGenericAlertCard.
