Clone the standard user profile and add standard object permissions for the Engagement
Interaction, Engagement Topic, Engagement Attendee, and Record Alert objects. Assign the profile
to your contact center agent.

User Permissions Needed
To use the Contact Center for Health Cloud
Contact Center for Health Cloud permission set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then click
Profiles.
Click Clone next to the Standard User profile.
Add a profile name. For example, Contact Center User.
Click Edit and go to Standard Object Permissions.
Provide Read, Create, and Edit access to Engagement Interaction, Engagement Topic,
Engagement Attendee, and Record Alert objects.
Save your changes.
Assign the profile to the contact center agent.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then click
Users.
Click Edit next to the contact center agent’s name.
In Profile, select the profile you created by cloning the standard user profile.
Save your changes.
