          Assign Permission Sets to Crisis Support Center Users

          Provide crisis center counselors, volunteers, and managers with the permission sets required to use the Crisis Support Center Management app. Permission set licenses are assigned by default when you assign permission sets to users.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app Manage Crisis Support Center Management App
          Note
          Note The Knowledge LSF Permission Set is only available if you have the Salesforce Knowledge feature license in your org.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select Permission Sets.
          2. Select the Health Cloud Crisis Support Center Management App permission set.
          3. Click Manage Assignments, click Add Assignments, select the users you want to assign to this permisson set, click Assign, and then click Done.
          4. Repeat the prior steps to assign users to these permission sets:
            1. Health Cloud Foundation
            2. Knowledge LSF Permission Set
            3. OmniStudio User (if you see two OmniStudio User permission sets, assign users to both of them)
