          Enable Users to Create Knowledge Articles for Crisis Support Center Management

          Authorize experienced crisis center managers, crisis center counselors, and behavioral specialists to create Knowledge articles to share with clients. For example, clients may benefit from an article that explains how to deal with an anxiety attack.

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app Manage Crisis Support Center Management App

          Follow the Service Setup Assistant to add users who can create knowledge articles.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Setup Assistant, and then select Service Setup Assistant.
          2. Click View All.
          3. Find and select Knowledge Setup.
          4. Click Start.
          5. Select the users who will create knowledge articles.
          6. Add a data category group and data group.
          7. Click Finish.
