          Make Assessments Available to Crisis Support Center Management Users

          Grant users the required access and permissions to use assessments. Add the Assessments related list to the Case page layout so counselors can quickly find completed and ongoing assessments associated with a case. Configure an Action Launcher deployment with assessments and place the component in a case record page.

          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Crisis Support Center Management app Manage Crisis Support Center Management App
          1. Assign users and create a permission that enables users to view and complete assessments. See Give Users Access to Assessments.
          2. To make it easier for users to find ongoing and completed assessments related to a case, add the Assessments related list to the Case page layout.
            1. From Setup, go to the Object Manager tab.
            2. Click Case, and then select Case Page Layout.
            3. Click Case Layout or the layout you want to update.
            4. Drag the Assessments related list onto the page layout.
            5. Save your changes.
          3. Configure an action launcher deployment with assessments so that users can easily access frequently used assessments from a case record page. See Configure an Action Launcher Deployment in Crisis Support Center Management.
