          Explore Additional Apps to Support CRM Analytics for Health Cloud

          Use Analytics Studio to identify and install additional interactive and visualization apps so you can drill down and explore your data, and gain valuable insights.

          User Permissions Needed
          To install additional apps:

          HealthCare Analytics Admin permission set

          AND

          CRM Analytics Plus Admin permission set

          With an overwhelming amount of business data, it’s sometimes challenging to identify exactly what you need. By installing additional apps from Analytics Studio, you can help care coordinators, utilization managers, and referral managers gain critical insights and visualize key metrics about their patient populations. Payers and providers can use actionable insights to drive intelligent engagement and improve care effectiveness and efficiency.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings, and then select Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings.
          2. Click Explore Apps.
          3. In the Analytics Studio, review and install apps as required.
            Your users can now benefit from the insights provided by the additional apps.
