Save time by installing the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app and its related
dashboards from within Health Cloud. The Health Cloud CRM Analytics Settings page is a simplified,
one-stop solution to help you install, update, or delete the app’s dashboards.
Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To install the app:
HealthCare Analytics Admin permission set
AND
CRM Analytics Plus Admin
permission set
You can install dashboards of Utilization Management Analytics, Care Management
Analytics, or both.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Cloud CRM Analytics
Settings, and then select Health Cloud CRM Analytics
Settings.
In the Select Categories and Install Dashboards section, click Install
Dashboards.
Select Utilization Management Analytics, Care Management Analytics, Home Health
Analytics or select all, and click Install Dashboards.
Note If your org isn’t provisioned with the Health Cloud or Health Cloud for Life
Sciences permission set license, you can’t select a category. Reach out to Salesforce
Customer Support for help.
In the Confirm Your Category Selections window, review the information, and click
Confirm.
You see a progress bar indicating the status of the app installation. You’ll also
receive an email indicating the success or failure of the installation.
