Check Prerequisites for the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare App
Before you can install and set up the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app, verify
prerequisites such as assigning permissions and licenses.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud
Ensure you have the Healthcare Analytics Admin or the Health Intelligence Admin permission
sets.
Ensure your org is provisioned with the Health Cloud or Health Cloud for Life Sciences
permission set license.
Enable CRM Analytics.
For Utilization Management category, ensure you have a record type created for these
objects: Case, Care Request, Care Request Extension, Care Request Item, Care Request
Reviewer, and Care Request Drug.
For Care Management category, ensure you have a record type created for the Task
object.
