After the initial instance of Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app is created, you can
create other versions using Analytics Studio so that your team members can use a version that
meets their requirements. You can create as many versions as you need.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud
with the Revenue Intelligence for Health or CRM Analytics for Health Cloud add-on
license.
To create other versions of the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app:
In Analytics Studio, click Create.
To open the template picker, select App, then Create App from
Template.
Locate the Advanced Analytics for Healthcare tile, select it, and click
Continue.
Review the app preview page, and click Continue to open the
configuration wizard.
If you see an option to either base your app on an existing app or create a new one,
select Create a brand new app and click
Continue.
The app runs a compatibility check against your org to ensure Analytics Integration
User has access to objects, and ensure roles (Role Hierarchy) are set up. Based on that, a
security predicate is applied to Care Management datasets. If it doesn’t, follow the
instructions in the error message to add the required data and start the app creation
process again.
When the org compatibility check succeeds, click Looks good,
next.
Name your app, and click Create.
Selecting the UM (Utilization Management) card installs the following dashboards and
dataset:
My Care Requests-UM Nurse dashboard
My Care Requests-UM Provider dashboard
My Care Requests-UM Intake Specialist dashboard
My Care Requests-UM Approval rate dashboard
Utilization Management dataset
Selecting the CM (Care Management) card installs the following dashboards and
datasets:
Care Plan Management dashboard
Care Management-Care Plan Statistics dashboard
Care Management-My Statistics dashboard
Care Management-Task Completion Trend dashboard
Care Management dataset
Task dataset
