My Care Requests-Utilization Management Intake Specialist
The My Care Request dashboard gives intake specialists a comprehensive overview of
their care requests and review status. Use the visualizations to quickly identify the requests
that require immediate attention based on the due date, and take informed actions on the care
reviews.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud
with the Revenue Intelligence for Health or CRM Analytics for Health Cloud add-on
license.
You can filter the care requests based on the member state, time period, request
type, and case owner. Use the metrics and charts in the dashboard to view:
The total count of open cases assigned to the user based on the selected filters.
The count of your care requests with review status.
The requests that need your immediate attention.
The priority of the requests based on the due date.
Use the Care Request Details section to view the summary of all your care requests based
on the applied filters and quickly identify the requests that are due. You can click the case
number or member name to view more details on a specific case. Use the View All button to view
the list of all the cases assigned to the user.
