The My Care Requests dashboard gives a utilization management nurse or a clinical
reviewer a comprehensive overview of their care requests and review statuses. Use the
visualizations to quickly identify requests that require immediate attention based on the due
date and make informed decisions on the care reviews.

with the Revenue Intelligence for Health or CRM Analytics for Health Cloud add-on
license.
You can filter the charts in the My Care Requests dashboard based on a specific
duration, request type, case owner, and member state. The dashboard consists of Overview and
Plan Discharge pages.
Use the charts on the Overview page to view:
The total number of care requests and the review status
Care requests that need attention based on the due date and priority
Care requests pending medical director review based on the due date, priority, and
sub status
Use the charts on the Plan Discharge page to view:
The count of inpatient admissions based on each discharge schedule
Care requests based on the corresponding request provider or servicing facility
Use the Care Request Details section to view the summary of all your care requests based
on the applied filters and quickly identify the requests that are due. You can click the case
number or member name to view more details. Click View All to view the list of all the cases
assigned to the user.
