View dashboards such as the Care Plan Management and Referral Analytics in the Enhanced Analytics for Healthcare app. Salesforce administrators can embed these dashboards in specific Lightning Experience pages.

Approval Rate
Get a quick view of a specific health provider's approval rate based on their prior authorization request history. The approval rate considers all the outcomes for authorization requests that have been submitted by a provider: Approved, Denied, or Partially Approved. Use the Approval Rate dashboard in a clinical review process to compare a provider's approval rates to the overall average. You can also view the approval rate for each medical service a provider offers to identify which services have a relatively high or low approval rate, and then make decisions accordingly.
Care Plan Management
Gain insights into the status of care plans, pending tasks, and high-priority task management. Quickly identify the tasks that require attention, track team members’ progress, prioritize assignments, and take appropriate action to optimize workflows and enhance patient care quality. See a comprehensive summary of all accounts and click an account name or number for more detailed information.
Care Management-Task Completion Trend
Show care managers a comprehensive view of their team's task completion performance based on the number of completed and pending tasks for a specific period.
Care Management-My Statistics
Give care managers a snapshot of their care plan performance over the last 30 days, including the number of plans created and the average completion time. Quickly identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance patient care quality.
Care Management-Care Plan Statistics
Provide care managers with a quick analysis of their care plan history, allowing them to track completed and incomplete care plans for a specific period.
Home Health - Care Resource
See the work status of a specific care resource and efficiently monitor and manage the care resource’s work hours, utilization rates, and appointments. Plan and optimize patient care efforts by getting insights into utilization rates, numbers of visits, missed appointments, patient-to-care resource ratio, and work hours.
Referral Analytics
The Referral Analytics dashboards provide complete visibility into incoming and outgoing referral statuses, referral age, and priority. Healthcare professionals can use the dashboards to expedite referral requests, assess the efficiency of their referral processes, and improve resource planning. The dashboards are embedded in the Referral Management app and are available as standalone components for other page layouts.
