          Enable Knowledge Users in Health Cloud

          Before you can set up all the great features of Salesforce Knowledge, make sure that you’re a Salesforce Knowledge user.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Salesforce Knowledge, and create article types: Customize Application AND Manage Salesforce Knowledge
          1. At the top of any Salesforce page, click on your profile photo and then click Settings.
          2. Under My Personal Information, select Advanced User Details and click Edit.
          3. Select Knowledge User.
          4. Save your changes.
