Medication Management Data Model
Before you can use the Medication Management data model in your org, you must enable the FHIR R4-aligned Clinical data model and configure the Medication Review feature.

The Medication Management data model includes objects to help your users perform medication reconciliation and medication therapy reviews.
The Medication Reconciliation for Medication Management permission set includes these objects.
| Object | Purpose | Access |

| Medication Reconciliation | Create medication reconciliation records when your clinician starts a reconciliation from the Medication Reconciliation tab. |
|
| Medication Reconciliation Recommendation | Create medication reconciliation recommendation records by using the data entered by the clinician in the Medication Reconciliation tab. |
|
| Medication Reconciliation Statement Recommendation | Create medication reconciliation statement recommendation records by using the data entered by the clinician in the Medication Reconciliation tab. |

The Medication Therapy Review for Medication Management permission set includes these objects.
