• The Patient Medication Manager Lightning component enables your providers and care coordinators to easily identify an accurate list of the patient's medications, including drug name, dosage, frequency, and route. With these details in hand, your users can quickly spot and avoid medication errors such as omissions, duplications, and incorrect dosages.
• Based on your users' review of the medication list, they can add medication recommendations and detailed notes to guide patients. They can also add recommendations when there’s a discrepancy that could lead to adverse drug interactions, a need to change dosage and instruction of medication, and more.
