Health Cloud Medication Management and Medication Review are not intended for use by, and should not be used by, organizations: (i) located in; or (ii) otherwise engaged in the provision of medical, healthcare, disease treatment or management, health benefits, research or similar services within, jurisdictions other than the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
Health Cloud Medication Management and Medication Review are solely intended to help you provide quality services to patients or plan members by giving you capabilities to track and keep records of medications they take. It is not intended to be used for any other purpose. For example, do not use Health Medication Management for any purposes related to the reimbursement: (1) by Medicare, Medicaid, other United States federal or state health programs, or private health insurers, or any other country's national or private health insurance program(s); of (2) the direct costs of any prescription medications, pharmaceutical drugs, or controlled substances.
Use Health Cloud Medication Management and/or Medication Review in compliance with all applicable healthcare and privacy laws (including US HIPAA where applicable). It is your responsibility to: (i) determine which individuals within your organization can access Health Cloud Medication Management; and (ii) set the appropriate permissions consistent with your organization's use case and related compliance obligations.
