Depending on your organization’s business needs, configure appropriate opt-out reasons.
From Setup, open the Object Manager, and go to the Care Program Enrollee object.
Under Fields & Relationships, click Opt Out Reason
Type.
Click New in the Opt Out Reason Type Picklist Values
section.
Enter a list of reasons that suit your needs. Enter each value on its own line.
Save your changes.
Under Page Layouts, verify if the Opt Out Reason Type field is visible on the Care
Program Enrollee page layout. If it isn't, add it to the page layout.
Now, when a patient opts out from the program, your pharmacists can go to the
corresponding Care Program Enrollee record and select one of the defined reasons from the
Opt Out Reason Type picklist.
