            Give site users access to Provider Network Management to help them easily manage their provider networks and contract payment terms.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            Note
            Note Provider Network Management is available in Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Health Cloud provisioned with the Health Cloud Provider Network Management Add-On license.

            Site users need these permissions to access all Provider Network Management features:

            • Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites permission set license
            • Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set
            • Use Provider Network Management via Experience Cloud sites user permission

            Within Provider Network Management, site users are guided through these processes:

            • Recruiting — The provider receives a link inviting them to join a network. Clicking the link takes them to the site, where they’re provisioned to enter their information as a part of the application.
            • Credentialing — The provider uses the site to enter the information needed for credential verification.
