            Enable Users to Copy Provider Search Results

            Enable the action bar in Lightning App Builder so that your users can copy and share up to 50 provider search result records.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
            Important
            Important These steps apply to Provider Search and Legacy Provider Search. If you use Provider Search with Criteria-Based Search and Filter, see Configure Provider Search with Criteria-Based Search and Filter.
            1. From the page that contains the Provider Search component, click the Setup gear icon icon and select Edit page.
            2. Select the Provider Search component and in the configuration column, select Show action bar.
            3. Save your changes.

            You must search for providers and then select search results before the Action dropdown becomes active. The Action dropdown includes a Copy Selected Records option for sharing multiple provider search results. A Copy button (Copy button icon) also appears for each provider search record. You can also generate a report.
