Provider Search uses the Data Processing Engine to transform data from your provider and
facility records to a searchable object. Assign the Data Pipelines Base User permission set to the
Health Cloud user enabling Provider Search, and then enable Data Pipelines.

Note If your org existed before Winter '23, you're using legacy Provider Search. Legacy Provider
Search doesn’t require data pipelines.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select
Users.
Select a user with a System Administrator Profile.
In the Permission Set Assignments related list, select Edit
Assignments, and move the Data Pipelines Base User permission set from the
Available Permission Sets list to the Enabled Permission Sets list.
Save your work.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Pipeline, and then
select Getting Started.
On the Data Pipeline Getting Started page, Enable Data Pipeline.
