Relationship Assistance template of type Agentforce Employee Agent to quickly get an agent up and
running for your company's relationship teams. Or customize the template to include subagents and
actions specific to your departmental needs.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited
Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in
Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for
Financial Services add-on to access the action.

Access Banking Relationship Assistance
Before setting up the Banking Relationship Assistance, keep these considerations in mind.
Turn on Banking Relationship Assistance to access the prebuilt Banking Relationship
Assistance template and the Post-Meeting Assistance subagent.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Banking Relationship
Assistance, and then under Agentforce for Financial Services, select
Banking Relationship Assistance Settings.
Turn on Banking Relationship Assistance.
Create an Agent by using the Banking Relationship
Assistance agent template and configure the settings according to your needs.
Note Banking Relationship Assistance agent template and subagents are available only in the
Legacy Agentforce Builder.
If you’re creating an agent using the Create with Gen AI option, make
sure the subagents are included.
