          Configure an Actions Timeline

          Use the Enhanced Timeline component to visually represent your users’ healthcare interventions with their patients or members chronologically.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
          To configure a Timeline Read and Edit access for objects you’re including on the Timeline
          To add the Timeline component to a record page Health Cloud Admin permission set
          Customize Application
          Edit access for the page layout of the object to which you’re adding the component

          The chronological view, together with the score history graph on the Score Details for Unified Health Scoring component, helps users understand how their interventions affect a patient or member’s health. Configure this view by creating a timeline for the Account object with the Health Score Action Log object as the related object.

          1. Enable Enhanced Timeline and create a timeline configuration.
            For Timeline Object Name, select Account. For Related Object, select Health Score Action Log.
          2. Add the new timeline to an Account record page.
            For the best experience, we recommend placing the timeline next to the Score Details for Unified Health Scoring component.
