          Configure the Dynamic Actions for Unified Health Scoring Component

          Place the Dynamic Actions for Unified Health Scoring component on an Account, Lead, or Contact record page. Then, configure actions and their visibility rules.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
          To update pages Health Cloud Admin

          For example, you could configure an action to give a patient a call when their Medication Adherence score falls below certain levels.

          1. In the Lightning App Builder, open or create an Account, Contact, or Lead record page.
          2. Place the Dynamic Actions for Unified Health Scoring component on the page.
          3. Select the component.
          4. Click Add Action.
          5. In the Actions field, select an action.
            You see the actions that are available for the object type. If you want more actions, create a custom Quick Action.
          6. Click Add Filter.
          7. Define the logic that determines whether an action is visible or not.
          8. Click Done.
          9. To include more filters, click Add Filter again.
          10. When you’re finished adding filters for the action, click Done.
          11. When you’re finished adding required actions in the component, save your changes.
