            Simplify authorization request reviews and provide your users with a comprehensive view of requests by enabling the Utilization Management for Payers App.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable the app: Health Cloud Utilization Management permission set

            The app’s home page provides a unified snapshot to help your users start and plan their day. By showing all cases that are currently open, the app helps your users to easily identify and take action on high priority or urgent requests.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Utilization Management Settings, and then select Utilization Management Settings.
            2. Turn on the Utilization Management for Payers App. The app is now available to access from the App Launcher.
