          Build an Experience Cloud Site for Utilization Management

          Set up an Experience Cloud site to enable your site users to create and submit authorization requests using configurable Omnistudio processes.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites

          User Permissions Needed
          To set up an Experience Cloud site for Utilization Management Health Cloud For Community add-on license AND Customer Community or Customer Community Plus add-on license
          1. From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
          2. Click New, select a template, and follow the steps to create and publish the site with the default settings.
          3. From Workspaces, select Administration.
          4. Select Members and add the profiles who need access to the site.
          5. Back on the Digital Experiences page, click Builder next to your site.
          6. In the Builder, create a standard page for managing authorization requests, add it as a menu item, and make the page publicly available.
          7. Place an OmniScript component onto the page and set the properties. To add the Authorization Intake OmniScript, select these properties:
            • For OmniScript Type, select HealthCloudUM
            • For OmniScript SubType, select AuthorizationRequest
          8. Add a menu item for each required object such as Case and Care Request to enable your users to easily access the records.
          9. Publish your site.
          10. From Workspaces, select Administration.
          11. Select Settings and activate the site.
