Use Integration Definitions to quickly set up integrations with different external
endpoints using a low code interface. Create integration definitions for Apex classes used to
integrate providers with EHR and payer systems. The integration procedures of the provider process
call these integration definitions instead of directly pointing to the Apex classes.

to the integration definition.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integration Definitions,
and then select Integration Definitions.
Click New.
Set the type as Apex Defined.
For Name, enter EHR.
For Developer Name, enter
hcumprovider.ElectronicHealthRecordIntegrationService.
Select the corresponding
hcumprovider.ElectronicHealthRecordIntegrationService Apex class.
Click Save, and then activate the integration definition.
Create and activate another integration definition. For Name, enter
Payer. For Developer Name, enter
hcumprovider.PayerIntegrationService. For Apex Class, select
hcumprovider.PayerIntegrationService.
Your Integration Procedures can now call the integration definitions and the configured
Apex classes.
