Configure Omnistudio Settings for Utilization Management
To seamlessly run authorization-related Omniscripts in Health Cloud, disable the Managed
Package Runtime setting and enable the OmniStudio Metadata setting.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To enable OmniStudio Runtime Settings and OmniStudio Metadata:
OmniStudio Admin permission set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter OmniStudio Settings, and
then select OmniStudio Settings.
Disable Managed Package Runtime.
Enable OmniStudio MetaData.
