          Create Users and Assign Permissions for Peer-to-Peer Scheduling

          Create user records for each medical director and nurse in your organization, then assign them the required permissions to schedule and conduct peer-to-peer reviews.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Lightning Scheduler Add-On license

          User Permissions Needed
          To create users and assign permissions Manage Health Cloud
          1. Add medical directors and nurses as users in the org.
          2. Create a permission set with the Salesforce Scheduler permission set license.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a label, API name, and description for your permission set. For example, enter Salesforce Scheduler Resource.
            4. For License, select Salesforce Scheduler, and then click Save.
            5. On the permission set overview page, under System, click System Permissions.
            6. Click Edit.
            7. Enable the Let a user be included in appointments in Salesforce Scheduler permission.
            8. Save your work.
            9. In the Permission Changes Confirmation dialog, click Save.
          3. Assign the Salesforce Scheduler permission set to the users you created for medical directors or nurses. Assigning the permission set automatically assigns the associated permission set license.
            1. On the Salesforce Scheduler permission set overview page, click Manage Assignments, and then click Add Assignments.
            2. Select the users, then click Assign.
            3. Click Done.
