Make Users Available for Peer-to-Peer Appointment Scheduling
Enable your medical directors and nurses to handle peer-to-peer reviews by setting up operating hours, skills, office locations, and appointment duration for the peer-to-peer review meetings.

Configure skills and areas of specialization of medical directors.
- From Setup, enter Skills in the Quick Find box, then select Skills under Salesforce Scheduler.
- Create skill records for each medical director skill. For example, Cardiology.

Configure operating hours for each medical director.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Operating Hours.
- Create operating hour records and select the required time zone.
- In the Set Service Appointment Windows section, add a row for each working day of the week and set the start and end time.

Configure work type to define the appointment duration of peer-to-peer review
meetings.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Work Types.
- Create a work type called Peer to Peer Review.
- Set the required duration of the peer-to-peer review meeting. This duration is used to divide appointment slots for the medical director.

Configure service territory records to store the information about the office where the
medical directors work.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Service Territories.
- Create service territory records for each medical director.
- Associate the corresponding operating hour record that you created earlier with this service territory.
- Set the service territory as Active.
- Go to the Related tab of the record, and add the Peer to Peer Review work type that you created earlier.

Configure Service Resource records to store information about medical directors and nurses,
and to associate them with service territories.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Service Resources.
- Create service resource records for each medical director and nurse.
- Associate the user record that you created earlier for the medical director or nurse with the service resource.
- Set the service resource as Active and select the required resource type.

For each service resource that you created for medical directors, go to the Related tab,
and add the corresponding service territory and skill that you created earlier.
Make sure the territory type of the service territory is set to Primary.
