Authorization requests can have multiple priorities depending on, for example, a
patient’s health condition diagnosis or the services requested by the provider. For the end-to-end
authorization request process to work effectively, set up the required priorities.

To add case priority:
Update on cases
From Setup, open the Object Manager, and click Case.
Select Fields & Relationships, then click Priority.
Click New in the Priority Picklist Values section.
Enter these authorization request priorities exactly as shown. Enter each value on its own
line.

Save your changes.
Your users can now easily track the priorities of authorization requests.
