          User Permissions Needed
          To enable Salesforce Scheduler Customize Application
          1. From Setup, enter Scheduler in the Quick Find box, then select Salesforce Scheduler Settings.
          2. Enable Event Management.
          3. Next, from Setup, enter Omni-Channel in the Quick Find box, then select Omni-Channel Settings.
          4. Enable Omni-Channel.
