Coordinate patient care among providers or discuss care with a patient’s family members
by allowing up to eight participants into a virtual call. To include Salesforce users, simply add
them to service appointments. To add guest users, share the emailed meeting link.

To add users to appointments:
Health Cloud Appointment Management permission set
To attend a video appointment as a moderator:
Health Cloud Video Calls permission set
To add Salesforce users to a Virtual Call:
In App Launcher, find and select Service Appointment.
In the list view, select the service appointment record.
Click the Related tab.
In the Assigned Resources related list, click New.
In the Service Resource field, add the user that you’d like to include.
Note The appointment shows in the user’s My Appointments utility bar component. If
additional notification is needed to let users know they’ve been added to an appointment,
set up an automation such as a chatter notification or email alert.
Save your work.
Repeat these steps to add more users to the appointment.
To add guest users to a Virtual Call, ask the patient to forward the appointment
confirmation email to guests they want to invite. Multiple guest users can access the Virtual
Care appointment using the same link.
