          Add the Video Call Component to the App Utility Bar

          Make it easy for your users to join a video call by adding the video call component to the Salesforce utility bar.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To manage apps: Customize Application administrative permission in the user's profile
          1. From Setup, enter App in the Quick Find box, then select App Manager.
          2. To add a utility bar to an existing app, click Edit in the dropdown menu next to your app.
          3. Click the Utility Items tab and add the Video Call component and the My Appointments component.
          4. Specify component and utility properties, like the height and width of the utility panel, and what label and icon to display in the utility bar.
          5. Save your work.
