This feature requires Amazon Transcribe, an AWS service that converts speech-to-text for many languages. Visit the Amazon Transcribe website for information and pricing. You pay-as-you-go based on the seconds of audio transcribed per month. Amazon Transcribe Medical, which accurately translates medical speech, is also supported, but only for US English.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video, and then select Video Call Configuration.
          2. Click New Video Call Configuration or Edit next to an existing configuration.
          3. Skip the Storage Bucket Name field, as it’s currently not used.

          5. Save your changes.
