          Set Up Collections and Recovery Assistance for Employees

          Collections and Recovery Assistance is a prebuilt Agentforce Employee Agent template. Use this template to create an agent, and keep the considerations in mind before proceeding.

          User Permissions Needed
          To create an agent by using the Agentforce Service Agent template:

          Manage AI Agents and Manage Agentforce Employee Agents

          AND

          Agentforce Employee Agent Platform

          OR

          Customize Application

          1. To enable Collections and Recovery Assistance, in Setup, find and select Collections and Recovery Settings, and turn on Collections and Recovery Assistance.
          2. To enable Financial Account Management Standard Objects, in Setup, find and select Financial Account Settings, and turn on Financial Account Management Standard Objects.
          3. If you plan to use the Call Script for Collections subagent and related actions, enable Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony.
          4. If you plan to use the Collections Details From External Sources subagent and related actions, enable Data 360.
          5. Set up Einstein generative AI to access generative AI features.
          6. Enable Agentforce.
          7. Create an Agent by using the Collections and Recovery Assistance template.

            Note Collections and Recovery Assistance template and subagents are available only in the Legacy Agentforce Builder.
