The Prior-Authorization Review SLA Breach Prediction dashboard shows payers the predicted
service-level agreement (SLA) breach scores for prior authorization review requests and the top
factors that possibly contribute to the SLA breaches.

the Revenue Intelligence for Health license and the CRM Analytics for Healthcare

You can access this dashboard on the Care Request and Case record pages. Add and apply a
filter for case and care request record IDs to get prediction data specific to a record. The
dashboard shows the percentage likelihood of a care request’s prior authorization review
breaching the SLA and the top three factors that possibly contribute to the SLA breach.
