            To create a prediction model for appointment recommendations, the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile requires read-only access to the Status Reason field in the Service Appointment object.

            User Permissions Needed
            To use Einstein Discovery CRM Analytics for Healthcare
            1. Go to Service Appointment on the Object Manager tab.
            2. In Fields and Relationships, select Status Reason.
            3. Click Set Field-Level Security.
            4. Select the Read-Only checkbox for Analytics Cloud Integration User and then save your changes.
              Selecting Read-Only auto-selects Visible, which indicates that the field can be both read and seen.
