            Grant Schedulers Access to Appointment Time Predictions

            Assign the CRM Analytics Plus User permission set to all users responsible for scheduling appointments so that they can see the best times to schedule appointments.

            User Permissions Needed
            To use Einstein Discovery CRM Analytics for Healthcare
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select a user.
            3. In the Permission Set Assignments section, click Edit Assignments.
            4. In Available Permission Sets, select CRM Analytics Plus User, and then click Add.
            5. Save your changes.
