Here’s how to do it from aservice territory record.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Salesforce Scheduler Setup.
This app opens up multiple object tabs, including Service Territories, Service Resources, Operating Hours, and Work Types.
          2. Go to the Service Territories tab.
          3. Open a service territory record, then click Assign Service Resources.
          4. To select one or more service resources, click Add icon next to each one.
          5. Click Next.
          6. For each of the selected service resources, select a Territory Type. The default is Primary.
The primary territory is typically the facility where the provider works most often—for instance, near their home branch. Secondary territories are facilities where providers can be assigned to appointments. A service resource can have only one primary service territory but can have multiple secondary service territories.
          7. Set start dates for the service resources. Optionally, set end dates.
          8. Save your work.
            Note
Note To view all service territories that a service resource is a member of, see the Service Territories related list on their service resource record page.
