Schedule Vehicle Service Appointments as an Internal User
As a service agent or a service manager at an original equipment manufacturer company, you can schedule vehicle service appointments on behalf of customers. Providing the right service at the right time increases customer satisfaction scores and improves a customer’s post-sales experience. You can use an OmniScript-based guided flow to schedule a service appointment directly from a vehicle record page. Select the service center, the type of service, the technician who assists with the appointment, and the customer’s preferred time slot.
