            Set Up Service Representative Skills in Automotive Cloud

            Create basic skills to track the expertise of users such as service technicians and sales agents. Sales and service managers can optimize the workforce by assigning the right service resource to a work type based on the required skills.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create Skills: View Setup and Configuration
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Skills, and then click Skills.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a name for the skill such as Accessories Fitment Specialist or Test Drive Assistant.
            4. Enter a description.
            5. Click Save.
